To the wonderful staff & crew of the "Svanen",
On behalf of our group of 4 (2 adults & 2 children), I'd just like to express our appreciation to all the staff & crew involved for making this cruise such a fabulous experience for us!
Special thanks to the operator who took our booking (maybe John?, but if I'm not correct, my apologies - you'll know who you are) who specially organised "chicken" for our 2 Indian friends who do not eat "beef". Our friends were most impressed & very appreciative. For us, the steaks, sausages, prawns, oysters & gourmet salads were simply scrumptious! Our congratulations to the Chef!
We were fortunate to have a beautiful day and from the start of the cruise to the finish, the crew (including Debbie with her informative talks about the boat's history & facilities plus her ability to "get the kids involved in raising & lowering the sails", to the drink waiter & chefs) were all so pleasant & made everyone feel most welcome!
We all just loved the cruise (even as locals who have seen the harbour many times before) & we could imagine how impressive this cruise with the magnificent Sydney backdrop would be to overseas visitors.
Since returning from the cruise we have mentioned it to many of our friends & colleagues who plan to experience this wonderful day out for themselves with family & friends.
I know the kids put their names on a sheet for a future pirate treasure trip, but please keep us posted of any future trips or specials involved with your company. We would certainly like to come sailing again!
